Homeward Journeys

The Black Future Co-Fund has led its We See You Grantees on three transformative journeys to Africa since 2023.

Each trip is grounded in three core pillars: respite and restoration, African heritage experiences, and collective learning. These experiences create space for Black leaders to reconnect with ancestral roots, reflect on pain and trauma carried across generations, and engage in deep self-reflection, healing, and renewal.
